The culinary tradition of the restaurant dates back to 1850

Our Typical Dishes find their inspiration in the research and use of the typical products found in our territory such as beef, pork, lamb, wild boar, wild game, pork products (salami, ham sausages ,etc) as well as the search for local truffles and mushrooms and river specialties such as trout and shrimp. Consequently, our efforts are increasingly directed to the rediscovery of the genuineness of the product and adapting it to the changed needs of modern cooking. The present owners have also introduced a selection of sea food that are available on the daily menu and a pizza parlor with a wood burning oven that is open every evening with the intent to enlarging its range of offers to all gourmets.

and local wines that accompany in an excellent manner the dishes which are offered with the intent of further increasing your dining pleasure.
